Many times after coming in rumours, today finally the Xiaomi's latest gaming smartphone Black Shark 2 has been announced. This smartphone has been announced in China for four storage options and from today it is available for order. The company has released it in Shadow Black, Mirage Blue and Frozen Silver Colors.

Now if talking of the specs, the Black Shark 2 has a 6.39-inch Full HD+ 19.5: 9 AMOLED display. Also, 7nm processor-based Snapdragon 855 is used in this smartphone, with Adreno 640 GPU present in it.

The Black Shark 2, which comes with Android 9.0 Pie OS, has HDR support in the display and has a 240Hz response rate with touch algorithm optimization for gaming. Liquid cooling 3.0 is also provided here, which is the liquid cooling system, which uses a liquid-cooled tube with the liquid cooling plate in the phone. 

In Black Shark 2 the in-display fingerprint scanner is given, there is an X-style antenna design on the back, with which RGB logo is also present at the centre. Also, there is Hidden Touch sensitivity control for the display.




The main camera on the rear panel is 48MP, which will come with the GM1 sensor, 0.8μm pixel size, f / 1.75 aperture, LED flash and the secondary camera is a 12MP telephoto lens. Apart from this, 20MP front sensors have been given. A 4000mAh battery is provided in Black Shark 2, which will come with 27W Fast charging support. 

Now comes the pricing details of the Black Shark 2's four storage variants are launched, whose details can be viewed below:
  • 6GB+128GB – 3199 yuan (approx. Rs. 33,000).
  • 8GB+128GB – 3499 yuan (approx. Rs. 36,000).
  • 8GB+256GB – 3799 yuan (approx. Rs. 39,000).
  • 12GB+256GB – 4199 yuan (approx. Rs. 43,000).
